ArchRadar

Privacy Policy

Effective: September 19, 2026
ArchRadar is an opportunity discovery and matching service. This policy explains the information used to operate the service and your choices.

Information we process

ArchRadar may process an anonymous or saved account identifier; the matching profile you choose to provide, such as study or career status, country, fee budget, available time, team preference and interests; opportunity actions such as Saved, Applied and Skipped; basic service events needed to sync and improve the product; and limited acquisition attribution such as UTM campaign fields, the external referring host, and the landing path. The attribution record does not store the full referring URL or unrelated URL query parameters. For first-visit funnel measurement, ArchRadar may also record whether profile setup was opened or completed, together with the interface language and timestamp. This event does not include the contents entered into the profile form. When Jury Intelligence is available, ArchRadar may record whether jury details or a jury evidence source was opened for an opportunity. That interaction event identifies the opportunity and event type, but does not store the juror name or evidence URL in that interaction event.

If you save an account or enable email features, we also process the email address you provide and your alert preferences. We do not require an email address for basic anonymous use.

How we use information

We use this information to calculate personalized Fit results, sync your profile and opportunity actions, provide requested account and notification features, understand which outreach or referral channels lead to useful product engagement, maintain security and reliability, diagnose failures, and improve the service.

Service providers

ArchRadar relies on infrastructure and service providers for hosting, database/authentication, and email delivery. Those providers may process limited information on our behalf as needed to provide their services.

Retention and choices

Browser-stored information may remain until you clear it. Server-side account, profile and activity information may be retained while needed to provide the service, maintain integrity and security, or satisfy applicable obligations. You can choose not to save an account or enable email alerts.

Opportunity data and external sites

ArchRadar links to third-party opportunity and organizer websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.

Changes

We may update this policy as ArchRadar changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
